Description:
Reporting to the GM, the Organisational Development Manager is responsible for enabling the Managers to better lead their teams. You will be focused on implementing, documenting, and improving business relevant processes that contributes to ongoing people growth.
Duties:
Onboarding
Implement and improve a comprehensive onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into the company culture
Talent Development
Design and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employees skills and competencies.
Performance management
Development and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity , engagement and career development
Succession Planning
Collaborate with Department Heads to identify key positions and development succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles
Key Criteria:
• Experience leading and implementing organisational development strategies and practices.
• Commitment to stakeholder service delivery.
• Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team.
• Highly developed communication skills-verbal and written.
• An analytical approach that leads to continuous improvement.
