Operations Traineeship

Description:

The Corporate & Investment Bank deals with a variety of products including FX, bonds, equity trading/market making, cash management and trade finance. Working in one of our Operation teams will help you to learn how Operations drives our business. You will have ample opportunities to make a real contribution to the organization - these include improving existing processes, enhancing our risk environment and bettering the client experience.

• Must have obtained a high school certificate by the time the program commences
• Cannot have commenced or graduated from a degree, certificate IV qualification or higher at the time the program commences (you are not able to study and complete the traineeship program simultaneously)
• Must be Australian citizen or Permanent Residence
• Team player with self-motivation and good communication & interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to resolve challenges, improve processes and ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in teams to deliver results
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
