As Operations Manager of Partnership & Growth you will be responsible for developing and delivering on their growth & partnerships across Melbourne.

As the Operations Manager, of Partnership & Growth in Melbourne is a new role for the organisation and will be responsible for building up the business and finding NDIS clients and signing them up to provide them with our disability services.

You Must have experience in the NDIS industry as a coordinator or a manager, experience in dealing with NDIS participants and Support Coordinators, or have similar business development experience.

This role will focus on shaping the growth and development of the organisation and respond to changes in client to meet the market demand, with excellence and sustainability while ensuring ongoing viability and success of the company.

You will require a strong background working in a similar role and be able to add value with your exceptional leadership skills, innovative thinking and collaborative approach to managing teams.

Key Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following attributes as a minimum.
 

  • BA Social Work or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in Disability with experience in tendering, business development, partnership development in similar role - MBA is Highly desirable
  • Understanding of the NDIS model
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing on business development pipelines.
  • Superior communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously across your role, collaborating closely with leadership team
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder consultation & engaging new participants
