Operations Manager

 

Description:

As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and optimize Strapsicle’s operations, from supply chain and logistics to customer service and product development. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure the seamless flow of operations while driving efficiency, quality, and growth. You’ll take ownership of operational strategy and processes, enabling Strapsicle to scale sustainably and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Why We’re Hiring for This Role:

Strapsicle is experiencing exciting growth, but as we scale, we need an experienced operations leader to refine our processes and take the pressure off the founder, who has been managing day-to-day operations. This role is critical in ensuring we can maintain our high standards, meet customer demand, and execute our ambitious plans for expansion.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with manufacturers to oversee product samples, bulk production, and work with our QC agent
  • Work with the inventory manager to oversee forecasts and ensure optimal stock levels, inline with the marketing calendar
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers (6 locations including Amazon), distributors and retail partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and deliveries, and ensure metrics and service level agreements met.
  • Monitor shipping times, costs, and accuracy, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize system integrations between Strapsicle and 3PL partners for better efficiency.
  • Manage SKU creation and barcode setup for new products.
  • Manage our growing international wholesale operations
  • Oversee the customer service team, setting benchmarks for quality and response times, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations management, in e-commerce.
  • Experience managing big retail operations
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and 3PL operations.
  • Proficiency in implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Experience with e-commerce tech tools (e.g., inventory planning, ERP, customer service platforms).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel operations and ERP systems.
