The opportunity

We are looking for an Operations Liaison Officer to join us in the Sydney Metro Northwest Operations Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Service Experience, this role ensures that customer and operations requirements being delivered by our Operating Partners are meeting the needs of customers using the network. The role will be required to work closely with numerous functional groups and technical experts across a range of Sydney Metro divisions as well as various service providers.

This role helps with implementing service level changes including possession planning & approvals, managing various Operational Interfaces, facilitating Network Access requirements, maintains operational documentation, works on service experience projects and is an active part of working group meetings
