Key Responsibilities
Engineering Solutions Design
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Conduct feasibility testing and provide feedback to validate designs.
Engineering Standards Specification
- Support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of standards under senior guidance.
Process Design Engineering
- Analyze information and specify methods, process steps, and equipment for continuous improvement of processes.
Engineering Inspections
- Conduct inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works.
- Provide recommendations for remedial works to ensure compliance with specifications.
Improvement/Innovation
- Identify shortcomings in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Use established change management programs to address process issues.
Personal Capability Building
- Develop and maintain technical skills through training and coaching.
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Over 3 years to 6 years of experience in operational engineering.
- Proven technical experience in water and sewerage programs.
- Experience contributing to effective operational and asset management outcomes.
