Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

The Operations Coordinator primarily plans and coordinates the effective delivery of client-centred services associated with the campus grounds, security, cleaning and waste. The position works with the Campus Facilities Manager to build an environment that is conductive to continuous improvement and promotes stewardship of key service areas.

To be successful you will have:

  • A trade certificate or an equivalent level of knowledge and experience through any combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Previous experience in the coordination and administration of facilities services and supervising staff and contractors.
  • Previous skills using software programs such as building and/or maintenance management systems, emails and spreadsheets, and producing documents such as quotations and invoices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in horticulture would be an advantage.
