Operations Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for upholding the highest integrity standards. Previous experience in banking or financial institutions is desirable, and experience in AML/CTF roles relating to TM, ECDD or Name Screening would be advantageous. Your firm understanding of banking products, services, and related policies and procedures, supplemented by a basic knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and industry practices, positions you as an ideal candidate for this role.

You’ll possess strong analytical skills that allow you to assess and analyse information effectively. Your familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new banking and AML/CTF systems and tools will be an asset. Additionally, your meticulous nature and commitment to maintaining accurate records are key to performing your tasks to the highest standard.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills contribute to your ability to work well within a specialist team. You're proactive in seeking guidance from leaders and seniors and provide support to your colleagues when necessary. Whether you already hold relevant AML/CTF certifications or are prepared to pursue them, you're ready to tackle the challenges this role presents and contribute to our efforts to mitigate financial crime risks.
