Description:
The Officer role actively maintains, updates and navigates records and data management systems to resolve HR enquiries and requests. The role demonstrates a high level of accuracy and efficiency and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload, enabling the provision of relevant and timely information and supports effective reporting and decision making within the functional area.
The Office role is the centre point for the HR, customer service phone lines. The role is responsible for processing a high level of HR workflows in a timely manner to achieve various outcomes for stakeholders across the business. In addition, the Officer role involves researching information, issuing letters for hiring managers as well as updating various internal systems such as i-series, Taleo and TRIM. A level of decision making is required to filter requirements for schools. A strong focus on customer service is required in this role.
