The organisation

Our client is currently recruiting for a Client / Office Services Coordinator to join their office based in the Perth CBD on a permanent basis. This organisation is dedicated to shaping cities and communities for a better future. They work to create places and spaces to improve the lives of the people who use them.

The role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Supporting Office Services Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Managing all front and back of house, including meeting room bookings and set ups
  • Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Managing and coordinating client events including morning teas, Friday work drinks and seasonal functions
  • Preparing new employee welcome packs

The candidate
To be successful, the right candidate will be someone who has:

  • Experience in a similar services support role
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional/corporate environment (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in event planning and management
  • Competent Microsoft office suite skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
