About The Role
- Manage and organise all tasks related to operate the office.
- Cooperate closely with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance.
- Coordination of meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and relevant papers.
- Coordination and organisation of all project travel and accommodation
- Development and management of the project filing system
- Administration of the mobilisation and onboarding of project personnel, plant & equipment
- Assist with weekly and monthly project reporting
- Maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors
- General administration support to the Project Team members
- Attend team meetings and take action items as required
- Preparing and reviewing presentations and correspondence
- Report generation and distribution
About You
- To be considered for this role you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. You will have demonstrated experience in a project support position within the engineering, construction, or mining sectors.
- Your problem-solving abilities, time management and well-developed communication skills will be key to your success in this role as you build relationships with the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills; and intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
