DHHI Australia is looking for Office Personal Assistant

About The Role

  • Manage and organise all tasks related to operate the office.
  • Cooperate closely with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance.
  • Coordination of meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and relevant papers.
  • Coordination and organisation of all project travel and accommodation
  • Development and management of the project filing system
  • Administration of the mobilisation and onboarding of project personnel, plant & equipment
  • Assist with weekly and monthly project reporting
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • General administration support to the Project Team members
  • Attend team meetings and take action items as required
  • Preparing and reviewing presentations and correspondence
  • Report generation and distribution

About You

  • To be considered for this role you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. You will have demonstrated experience in a project support position within the engineering, construction, or mining sectors.
  • Your problem-solving abilities, time management and well-developed communication skills will be key to your success in this role as you build relationships with the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills; and intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
