  • Assisting with administration and document execution
  • Providing general support to the team
  • Ad hoc office management duties
  • Event coordination
  • Database management
  • Booking appointments and meetings
  • Ordering stationery and overseeing IT equipment
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Social media management
  • Creation of marketing materials
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Corporate presentation
