Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential operational support to Colgate Palmolive staff and welcoming external visitors to our office. Our Front of House role handles a wide array of tasks that we simply couldn’t function without.
 

  • Manage front of house reception, with oversight of the switchboard, visitor registration and tradespeople/couriers
  • Oversight of meetings, room bookings and catering (supported by EAs)
  • Manage office access cards
  • Provide day-to-day office services support - kitchen and office maintenance, courier services, mailroom admin
  • Admin support for raising POs and processing invoices
  • Liaise with Building Management on office maintenance
  • Supporting office events such as monthly birthdays and employee health checks
  • Helping with office campaigns and projects, eg distributing staff product boxes, promoting fun team challenges, and celebrating cultural events such as NAIDOC
