We are seeking a highly organized and versatile General Office Administrator to join a fun & collaboartive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional multitasking abilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office for an annual leave cover.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliation for staff members as needed.
  • Assist in document preparation, formatting, and proofreading for presentations, reports, and proposals.
     

Skills and Experience
 

  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
