Office Administrator

 

Description:

Our super star candidate will be ambitious, curious with a can-do attitude and an eagle eye for details. They will be in charge of the organisation and efficiency of daily office operations, supporting the Company's Producers and General Manager. From scheduling client meetings, to liaising with event suppliers and stakeholders, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. You will have support, leadership and direction from the Events General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings and video calls.
  • Oversee the smooth running of IT, phone and office systems, and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Data input into accounting system (Xero) and other excel spreadsheets as directed by the General Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required. This may include email management and electronic filing, as well as paper filing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Xero
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work and take direction
