This leading global law firm, located in the heart of Perth CBD, have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time basis!

The Role
As an Office Administrator you will be supporting the office.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Scheduling and arranging meetings
  • Filing and arching
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Stocking the kitchens and other ad hoc duties

The Candidate
To be successful you must be a reliable and hardworking individual who:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably legal experience
  • Be proactive
  • Ability to multitask
