Key Duties As a New Grad OT

• Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments
• With support, managing equipment prescription and modifications
• Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
• Goal setting, and liaising wiht case managers for ongoing support

For new graduates, you'll be provided with exceptional support and mentoring, including a full graduate program. For experienced OTs - there are options to more in to more complex work or Occupational Rehabilitation.

To be considered, its essential you are a fully qualified (or soon to graduate) OT and have an interest in developing and growing your skills in different areas.

There are some attractive benefits available. Salaries can range from $72k + super for new grads through to $90k + super for experienced clinicians.
