Reporting to the Head of Nursing you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.

  

As an integral leader of our Educators and Academics and liaising with Clinical Placement Coordinators and Academic Services Officers you will not only guide the education process but also contribute to its continuous improvement to ensure quality delivery of our course offerings. 

  

On a typical day in this role you will:

 

  • Ensuring that all Nursing education delivered from their site is delivered in accordance with NMBA, TEQSA and ASQA Standards
  • Lead, direct and develop a high performing academic team whose main priority is teaching and learning excellence partnered with student care 
  • Actively engaging with student support functions including Language and Academic Skills services and student counselling
  • Providing leadership and implement strategic academic projects within your program that foster excellence in student satisfaction and pastoral care 
  • Working as part of the TGE Nursing program to contribute to pathways for students to the suite of Nursing Programs
