As a Personal Carer, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach;

• Create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience
• Provide personal care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Build relationships with our residents and visitors
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required

Your high quality of care assisting residents with their daily tasks, personal care and mobility is why we appreciate you!

To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment;

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or willing to study a Certificate III while you work. Earn while you learn!
• Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
• An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
