National Sales Manager Anz Biosurgery & Infection Prevention

 

Description:

We are seeking a National Sales Manager who will lead Biosurgery & Infection Prevention Sales function in ANZ. This person will also monitor and measure the competency and effectiveness of the sales force to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budget performance. Liaise with Key stakeholders in Commercial and State accounts. Drive KOL development. Create centers of excellence and drive education in the marketplace in line with Global strategies.

Purpose: Providing direction and support to a sales force across Australia and New Zealand to ensure alignment with corporate goals, marketing strategies and promotions.

  • Recruiting, training and developing Sales people

  • Tight management of consignment stock, limiting obsolescence

  • Management of the regional discretionary expense budgets.

  • Assisting in the development of individual territory manager account plans and budgets.

  • Development of portfolio sales budgets.

  • Assisting in planning and organising sales conferences and business review meetings.

  • Monitoring of competitor activity and assisting in the development of competitive strategies.

  • Submission of monthly reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Development of client business plans for key customers. (Key Account Management)

  • Conducting regular field visits with key customers and decision makers.

  • Attending relevant conferences and trade exhibitions.

  • Monitoring of new product launches.

  • Implementation of marketing plans.

  • Leading and motivating the sales force to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets

  • Regular joint field visits with sales force for the purposes of training, evaluating, coaching and developing

  • Proven Biosurgery sales background would be advantageous

  • Proven ability and experience in selling concepts and services to senior and high professional levels.

  • Proven ability to deliver sales and profit goals, whilst driving for continuous improvement.

  • Stategic mindset

  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team.

  • Sets high performance expectations and holds others accountable for the results expected.

  • Ability to encourage and support collaboration across departments.

  • Proven experience leading a medical device team and can motivate and drive strategic initiatives
