Overview

Based in our new purpose-built Head Office on the Brisbane River in Murarrie. Reporting to our National Manager, Sales & Marketing. The primary focus of this role is to be a key technology solution advisor and prescriber, enabling customers to optimise their technology investments and assist with their business requirements and objectives being enabled by technology solutions. The role will understand customer project requirements and drivers and translate these into specifications and best practice solutions

What we are looking for

The Madison Technologies business is seeking an experienced and passionate professional with commercial and technical knowledge of industrial environments while also possessing a keen sense of urgency and a “Make It Happen” customer service ethos.

To be successful in this position, we are seeking the following key attributes;

An advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or similar
A sound technical understanding, or qualifications in current industrial communication technologies, networking, IIoT, digital transformation and systems with an active interest in, and industry knowledge of local and / or national market
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to work to deadlines.
Possess experience in integrated and stand-alone software and hardware system solutions.
Ability to effectively interface at both a commercial and technical level with end users, system integrators, technology partners, oems and consultants / EPCs, as well as Madison Technologies sales, technical and internal staff
Possess a keen sense of urgency and a “Make It Happen” customer service ethos
Results driven with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Innovative problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Team player interested in contributing to growth and development of Madison
Ability to understand new and unfamiliar concepts of a technical or business nature
