Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, focusing on Facebook and other social media advertising platforms.

Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for various marketing channels.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and collaboration.

Continuously assess and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing Facebook and social media advertising for lead generation.

Familiarity with building and optimising sales funnels using HubSpot. (preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying current with marketing trends.

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
