ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to be based in Sydney, to support the business' largest accounts.

As the business goes through a rapid period of growth, the National Key Account Manager will be responsible for (including but not limited to):

  • Foster strong business relations by owning and nurturing relationships with the largest key accounts, and addressing customer concerns for long-term revenue generation.
  • Present and promote company products and services to current key accounts
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Audiology products and software packages, staying updated on new developments.
  • Stay informed about competitive products and market trends by monitoring the external market landscape.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in developing and negotiating quotes, proposals, and agreements with assigned key accounts.
  • Meet assigned key accounts' objectives, building trust and a deep understanding of their needs to provide customised solutions
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services that align with customer requirements, expanding relationships with key accounts.

ABOUT YOU

  • Seasoned Key / Corporate Account Manager with a strong track record of success in B2B/corporate environments.
  • Proven expertise in business development and managing key accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset, adept at analysing market data, identifying trends, and adapting strategies for optimal results.
  • Experience in the medical/healthcare sector is highly advantageous. Other areas that would be considered - FMCG, Pharmacy Channel, Optometry, other medical and healthcare consumables and implants.
  • A motivated self-starter with a 'hunter' mentality, passionately driven to achieve business goals and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and building rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally
