As the new National Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be proactively scope projects and create growth opportunities for our white-collar teams across this portfolio at national level.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our largest client
• Create and present compelling business proposals and solutions, showcasing our recruitment expertise and value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Monitor industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our vital client to drive their recruitment strategy.
• Regularly track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team.
