National Account Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the NAM, will work with the Sales and Marketing team to maintain and manage the strong Woolworths & Aldi relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate and execute sales plans in line with business strategies to deliver profitable growth and diversification in accordance with the Company’s strategic plans
  • Build all promotional mechanics and joint customer planning to ensure volume and growth targets are realised.
  • Drive new business development negotiations and commercial contracts in line with the Company’s strategies in conjunction with the Head of Sales
  • Develop, maintain, and build outstanding professional relationships with all Woolworths & Aldi contacts.
  • Foster a cooperative culture within the sales team that promotes collaboration and cooperation across the entire business
