The Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP), a subsidiary of the Aspen Medical Group, is a multi-award-winning Australian-owned healthcare provider. Rural LAP plays a key role in supporting the Australian Government’s rural workforce capacity agenda by providing essential healthcare services in rural and remote regions.

We are currently seeking Registered Nurse, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Midwives to join our team on a casual basis who are ready to deploy to healthcare facilities across rural and remote Australia. Essential experience and qualifications:

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time relevant clinical experience.
• Minimum of 250 hours of relevant clinical experience to prove the recency of practice.
• Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or basic life support (BLS) with a practical component.
• Ability to remain calm and operate effectively in unstructured, rapidly changing environments.
• Reliable, compassionate, and a team player.
