The Role

The role of a Motor Assessing Manager can be incredibly rewarding and challenging, with key responsibilities including:
 

• Managing a team of 10 Motor Assessors
• Review and check the work of the Motor Assessors to ensure accuracy.
• Conducting regular audits and maintaining quality control measures
• Providing guidance and solutions to address issues
• Collaborate with assessors to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively
• Facilitate with recruitment, onboarding, training and development and performance monitoring
