Motion Graphic Designer

Frankly is a full-service transformation agency who services a wide variety of industries across sport, property, FMCG, entertainment, hospitality and fashion to name a few. We work with some very exiting brands.

We are in search for a motivated Motion Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building digital design and expertise in various animated advertising assets such as animated social posts, display banners, intros, title design, small animated videos, explainer videos and showreels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and demonstrate a high level of craft skills and detail-orientated motion design.
• Execute designs across a variety of digital; projects including websites, tablet/mobile apps, online display media, various social media channels.
• Conceptual thinking to creatively promote brands.
• Adhere to brand style guides and develop where necessary.
• Organise workload to deliver projects on time.

The candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in similar role.
• A tertiary qualification in Design
• Advanced experience in After Effects
• Software skills must include Adobe Creative Suite, Google Web Designer/Adobe Animate.
• Video and sound editing skills
• Confident working collaboratively with like-minded designers and stakeholders.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Passionate, highly motivated and loves working in a highly dynamic and growing environment.

A strong work ethic and dedication to success is mandatory in this role as flexibility is required to achieve client timelines. A reliable and effective communicator that is comfortable managing multiple projects at one time will outperform in this role.
