Panther Rugby League has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Membership and Fan Engagement Manager to join their vibrant, fast-paced Membership Team
Built on a foundation of hard work and determination, Panthers strive to serve its community and deliver excellence on and off the field. Based at the Panthers Rugby League Academy in Penrith, the Membership Manager is responsible for the membership and ticketing operations and implementing key strategies to ensure membership targets are met and the commercial assets are leveraged to the fullest extend in the most efficient manner. The opportunity will see you responsible from an acquisition, development and an administrative perspective, building rapport and problem solving with members.

  • Oversee the Penrith Panthers Rugby League membership department, including managing full-time and casual Membership executives, assistants and interns;
  • Primary point of contact for prospect, new and renewing members via inbound telephone calls, emails and in-person enquiries;
  • Processing membership renewals and new sales via the ‘Archtics’ membership CRM system;
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their membership experience and manage disputes with a prompt and efficient manner;
  • Working closely with the marketing department with the coordination and delivery of promotions and campaigns across membership, ticketing and events;
  • Oversee membership database to ensure all members data is up to date and accurate;
  • Oversee all aspects of the membership cycle have been efficiently organised and managed to ensure key success throughout the whole season with follow up actions;
  • Develop membership and ticketing builds and allocating tickets for Penrith Panthers home games;
  • Coordinating ticketing campaigns in line with the sales and crowd build strategies, working with the marketing departments and NRL to execute a variety of ticketing initiatives.

Excellent computer skills including database management, CRM and MS Office

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Sports Management;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to multi-task, achieve deadlines and create and adhere to schedules;
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible, positive can-do attitude and;
  • Must have a valid working with children check
