Due to growth in our phone and digital channels, we are on the hunt for Member Service and Sales Consultants to join our vibrant contact centre team.

About the role

As a Member Sales and Service Consultant you will be taking calls from our existing, new and potential members from across Australia to help them with their banking and financial needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to our members over the phone and making it easy for members to bank with People’s Choice
  • Demonstrating care to our members when they need it
  • Helping members by being a ‘guru’ on our products and services
  • Identify opportunities to promote our products and services
  • Referring members onto our home loan specialists or financial planners
  • Empower members to use digital services
  • Prioritising and completing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Navigating multiple contemporary systems and software

Our teams split their time working from home and our Flinders Street head office, providing flexibility and the best of both worlds. We currently have part time opportunities with shifts available 9.30am – 2.30pm and 4pm – 8pm weekdays as well as rotating Saturdays. About you

You are a people person who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and knows what it means to deliver great customer service. As a go-getter, you'll be comfortable striving towards targets and working in a dynamic team.

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a bank before, we will provide comprehensive, ongoing training to ensure you thrive. Upon commencement you will complete a supported 12-week training program providing all the tools you need before hitting the phones.
