Description:
To support the Media Commercial Project Manager in the execution and administration of all Vicinity Media projects and Media fixed contracts. The role is key in driving new income via new projects and maintaining existing income through the management of media fixed contracts. Activities include fixed contract billing, debt collection, capex administration, supplier payment activities and fixed contract asset management. The role also includes other associated Retail Media team administration and support as required on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Media Project business case development, distribution, and tracking.
- Support communication with 3rd parties to manage timely information flow and support project objectives and timelines.
- Support the development, execution of new and maintain existing fixed contract lease agreements.
- Updating and management of tracking and project documents.
- Maintain and develop key relationships with stakeholders, seeking potential opportunities for both centre and client to support income growth.
- Coordination of removal and install of 3rd party advertising units, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain client communications in relation to all items concerning fixed contracts.
- Billing adjustments for Fixed Asset changes
- Filing and general administration tasks.
- Collation, distribution and filing of Revenue Share received from third parties.
- Liaising with third party organisations to provide information required to gain relevant DA approvals.
- Support and undertake collation of financial information related to project capital requirements.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for prospective commercial opportunities.
- Development and process of CAPEX for Media Team Projects.
- Ensure supplier invoices and correct and processed in a timely manner
