Measurement And Insight Lead

Description:

As the Measurement and Insight Lead, you will engage with leaders across Digital Technology Solutions to understand their objectives and priorities. You will collaboratively design metrics and key performance indicators that provide visibility into how digital services and products are performing and how they enable strategic objectives. You will work with subject-matter experts to develop solutions to measure the set performance indicators. You will derive insights and communicate those using toolsets such as Microsoft Power BI.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with your analytical ability will be an advantage in this role.

This includes:

• Designing quantitative and qualitative Information Technology (IT) performance metrics, defining targets and implementing reporting solutions.
• Increasing IT maturity through data-driven decision making.
• Engaging with leaders across multiple areas to achieving shared and area-specific business outcomes
• Bringing data to life by interpreting results, deriving insights and communicating critical information.
• Using your wide-ranging skills across leadership, stakeholder engagement, business acumen, data analysis and communication.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
