Description

Reporting to the Country General Manager, the critical areas of responsibility includes:

  • Producing content for web, email, and social media in the form of blogs, product news, customer case studies, and interviews
  • Managing all paid search advertising, either internally or through external agencies
  • Editing and optimising our Australian websites for organic and paid traffic
  • Liaising with the overseas central marketing team around strategy
  • Developing SEO experiments, following the content marketing strategy
  • Supporting direct and indirect competitor analysis of the Australian market
  • Developing a detailed understanding of the company's target markets, opportunities, and risks and tailoring them to the local marketing strategy
  • Managing customer communications via email, SMS, and SMS landing pages
  • Contributing to the offline marketing strategy, such as managing events and creating sales collateral
  • Assisting in product launches and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns.

Profile

As well as having an innovative, creative 'can-do' attitude, the successful criteria for this role includes:

  • Experience with digital content in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience working with Google Ads Search
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Highly analytical and outstanding attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package, in particular, Excel
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • A creative aptitude and innovative mindset
