Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the Telstra Digital team to lead the development of our My Telstra app lifecycle marketing, including:
    • Identifying key lifecycle moments and pain points, and craft through the line journeys to give our customers a brilliant experience
    • Plan and execute tactical engagement and acquisition campaigns
    • Help position new app features as they become available and craft marketing campaigns to support
  • Support customers through key assurance events by creating customer journeys and associated communications
  • Maintain key regulatory channels and journeys to fulfil our service provider obligations
  • End to end campaign management - briefing to creative agency, critiques and feedback, approvals, build, QA, launch, post launch review
  • Lead the sourcing and briefing of required first and third party data required for data driven marketing
  • Analyse marketing performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive continual enhancement of communications strategy and execution
  • Assist with the development of effective customer value propositions
  • Manage budgets and ensure all activity is in plan and in budget
  • Participate and embrace the ways of working mindsets and practices for the team

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Ability to balance competing objectives, prioritise and plan phases of execution to hit deadlines
  • Stakeholder management for both internal and external
  • 1:1 marketing experience, journey mapping and customer experience design
  • Experience in digital marketing and use of first and third party customer data
