How will you support our “Why?”
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will identify opportunities, ideate campaigns, and work closely with our full marketing team to bring them to life.
Key role functions of the Marketing Lead include:
- With the support of the Marketing Manager, create a Product Marketing Plan and yearly campaign plan.
- Understanding the customer pain points, opportunities and insights that drive the market, our competitors, and our brand.
- Drive new customer acquisition through lead generation activity and sales growth.
- Engage with and build a loyal small business customer base to support retention and brand loyalty as well as provide opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
- Develop and execute campaigns for a wide range of channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Digital and Automation (Email & SMS).
- Ideation and optimisation of creative messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver timely, high quality, on-brand campaign assets.
- Management of the campaign budgets and forecasting for expected results.
- Ongoing reporting and tracking of campaigns and sales date to feed data-driven decision making.
