As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for online and offline channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.
- Manage and analyze marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Assist in the development and deployment of the Brand Strategy.
- Utilise and integrate multiple advertising mediums including but not limited to digital advertising, ecommerce, social media, search, re-marketing, print EDM, print, radio and TV to deliver a seamless marketing strategy that effectively engages with our customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not required.
Skills
- 3-4 + years work experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
- Work in team environment that fosters getting the job done.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience with research using data analytics software.
