We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to own the marketing channels for their villages, incorporating EDM, website updates on WordPress, copywriting, SMM/SEM.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the business is consistently positioned as a quality leading provider in its sector, producing "people first" products and services in all marketing materials.
- Produce printed and digital material to include, but not limited to, internal documents, presentations, brochures, flyers, press ads, signage, event collateral, EDMs, websites and social media campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts to assist with the company's future brand development.
- Create and manage the monthly organic content plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business pages to increase engagement, build page likes and nurture the online community.
- Plan and execute paid Facebook and Instagram prospecting and remarketing campaigns to generate quality leads and website traffic.
- Analyse organic and paid SMM campaign results and landing page data to increase overall lead generation
- Copywrite and design advertisements, posts, landing pages and gated content used in SMM campaigns.
- Provide figures to assist with the marketing budgets across the portfolio.
- Execute eDM campaigns to various segments of the database (eg leads, deposit-holders, residents) communicating special promotions, stock updates and events.
- Copywrite all eDM content and design all eDM assets.
- Produce reports on eDM performance for the Sales and Marketing Manager as required.
- Deliver and provide analysis of the performance SEM campaigns
- Effectively communicate key insights from in-house marketing SMM and eDM campaigns back to external agencies with the goal of improving results
- Manage and improve the performance (time on page, bounce rate, behaviour flows) of SEM landing pages using Google Analytics, Google Optimise, Hotjar and ActiveCampaign CRM
- Deliver and provide analysis of the performance SEM campaigns
- Effectively communicate key insights from in-house marketing SMM and eDM campaigns back to external agencies with the goal of improving results

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Experience in using best practice marketing methods to maximize ROI through strategic SEO/SEM
- Ability to report on data
- Creative flair to produce quality content
