They have built up a reputation for exceptional service and a substantial client base across the group. They are now looking to take the business to the next level and hiring a Marketing Specialist based in Melbourne with 3+ years experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences. Role and responsibilities
- Be responsible for the companies’ social media platforms, creating engaging content within the brand guidelines that grows brand awareness and generates new marketing qualified candidate/client leads
- Manage the social media advertising, creating results-driven campaigns
- Champion the brand – ensure that all marketing material adheres to brands’ guidelines
- Manage and update content on the company websites (WordPress)
- Write blogs – write SEO driven blogs on relevant industry news and commonly searched topics in the recruitment space
- Create content for and design promotional material (brochures, booklets, banners etc) for digital and/or print
- Track analytics across the platforms and optimise for improved performance
- Organise, promote and attend events
- Compile marketing reports
- Administer marketing costs within budget
Skills and requirements
- Third-level marketing degree/diploma or similar
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar marketing role
- Google Ads – ability to manage and create goal-driven campaigns
- Social Media Advertising – proven experience delivering results on Facebook Campaign Manager and Linked In Campaign Manager
- High level of proficiency creating video and static content on Canva (or similar)
- Experience managing content on WordPress sites
- Experience with Mailchimp creating email campaigns and automations to build, engage and retain audiences
- GA4 & Google Search Console
- Ability to think innovatively to reach new audiences and drive business objectives
- Excellent written, interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team
