Description:
As the Customer Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Experience on a fixed 12-month contract, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer communication and engagement across our client's existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to promote product adoption, utilization, and advocacy, with the ultimate goal of fostering customer loyalty, driving retention, and contributing to business growth. Working closely with the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate cross-functionally and make valuable contributions to our strategic plans.

About You:
As a degree-qualified, generalist marketer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, customer journeys, customer lifecycle communication, and traditional advertising, you possess a solid foundation in marketing principles. While we are open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds, experience within professional services businesses, technology, health IT, and/or SaaS would be highly advantageous. Your proven ability to work autonomously, thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments, and excel as part of a high-performing team will contribute to your success in this role.
