Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are looking for driven and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.

• Direct and manage all company marketing (including SEM and facebook ads – managed externally)
• Campaign design and execution
• Responsible for all internal and external collateral
• Manage leads and marketing budgets
• Generate demand for the Function Well product
• Grow the Function Well brand through brand awareness and external initiatives
• B2B with like-minded businesses
• Create, innovate, evaluate and optimise marketing strategies based on company values and KPI’s.

You will create campaigns, branding and marketing strategies for all Function Well facilities – Managing all components from creation to execution.

Your role encompasses management of all in house and external channels that focus on fostering our community, brand, lead generation, retention, social media, PR, content creation, events, outreach and digital marketing management.

You will be required to have initiative and a desire to constantly help innovate our offering, conducting market research, identifying marketing opportunities, creating strategies and plans to grow the business in line with the company goals and values.

You will be a confident communicator with a positive attitude to delivering quality work in a fast-paced fitness & wellness environment. You will have proven experience at handling multiple projects in an efficient manner and with a high attention to detail.
