As Marketing Specialist for ANZ, you will successfully apply your knowledge, experience and passion to support DLL’s ongoing success in the Region East. This role will strengthen the transformation of the business strategy into relevant, inspiring marketing programs that creates customer value, revenue, and growth.

  • Reporting and Input into Marketing Communications Plan – Create periodic overviews of MarCom activities and performance and report to the business. Co-create and implement the country Marketing and Communications elements of the Sales and Marketing plan.
  • External and Internal Communications – Develop, execute and monitor external and internal processes (including PR) and materials, continuously liaising with relevant internal departments / stakeholders and external agencies
  • Campaigns – Develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns according to Sales and Marketing plan, liaise with external agencies, ensure the execution of the campaign, monitor progress and evaluate the results and impact.
  • Events – Contribute to planning and organizing customer events, including event selection, budgeting and evaluation, in line with the Sales and Marketing plan. DLL brand and offers efficiently and effectively reach specific targets groups and create brand awareness
  • Build strong partnership with sales to accelerate business growth.
  • Marketing / Merchandising Materials – Contribute to, order and coordinate the production of marketing and merchandising materials for a specific market segment or offers, continuously liaising with Sales, Marketing and external agencies/suppliers.
  • CRM Policy - Contribute to designing, implementing and optimizing a CRM policy for the organization and defining customer segments based on generated customer insights.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Marketing background with proven experience in execution
  • University degree (Marketing or business-related education preferred)
  • Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work independently, but self-motivated to stay closely connected with a globally dispersed team.
  • Analytical and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to communicate big ideas, lead meetings, and presentations.
