What You'll Be Doing

To meet the strategic needs of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Specialist who can bring their in-depth knowledge and experience to this new multifaceted role. In this senior position, you will develop and execute the business marketing plan to accelerate delivery of Ampcontrol's strategic plan, work closely with the business leadership and customer teams, and daily direction and output of support team members. An integral member of the Marketing & Communication Team, you will join a talented and collaborative bunch who roll up their sleeves to get things done and switch between strategy and getting hands-on to build brand profile and drive customer experience and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, which supports the strategic growth objectives of the business
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including websites, SEO/SEM, EDM, social and content to drive traffic and optimise the customer journey, engagement and results
• Manage Ampcontrol brand, value proposition and positioning for all member companies and products
• Oversee company attendance at events, trade shows, conferences

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong background and knowledge in both traditional and digital marketing practices, including SEO, inbound marketing, field and event marketing, market research, branding, paid media, content marketing and copywriting
• Advanced skills and high-level proficiency in CMS and CRM platforms, Google Analytics, HTML and web development
• Advanced skills and high-level proficiency with Abode Creative Suite
• Strong editing skills, eye for attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Project management skills from start-to-finish, including reporting and analysis
• Exceptional writer with a clear, minimalist style that suits diverse audiences;
• Demonstrated time management, negotiation and multi-tasking skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can change direction quickly
• Absolute team player who thrives on collaboration and being a solutions provider
• Ability to lead and direct a small team to produce outstanding results
• Demonstrated capability to create influential and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone
• A Degree or Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or similar
