Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketing specialist to join our fast-paced Marketing team. You will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all business divisions to coordinate the success and implementation of marketing activities for the business.

This role is a maternity cover role for minimum 12 months, full time. As a company which values flexible working arrangements, this role is available to the right candidate regardless of location (within Australia).

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Creating marketing campaigns and strategies across the business aligned to business priorities, and in consultation with business units and relevant internal global teams.
• Brief in campaigns to internal marketing teams.
• Ensuring traffic management of all key marketing jobs communicating with internal stakeholders as required, and helping to prioritize jobs.
• Optimizing campaign metrics and looking at where improvements can be made.
• Be the go-to internal person for marketing enquiries
• Reporting on key marketing metrics to stakeholders
• Maintaining our SEO and PPC
• Reporting on lead generation and liaise with the sales division on best practices

Qualifications

As the successful candidate you will have:

• A degree in Marketing or in a related field
• Great interpersonal, communication, teamwork and project/time management skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing successful marketing and communication strategies
• Track record in successful campaign delivery and evaluation
• Experience with content writing is desirable
• Experience creating social media content
• Familiar with Canva
• Abode CC 2018 Design experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus
