Description:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the right people, processes and systems are in place to optimise and align key initiatives across numerous channels and segments. Partnering with marketing colleagues to deliver a broad range of customer focused marketing campaigns, project and activities, the coordinator will play a key role in the management of marketing projects, campaigns, suppliers, resources, and processes.

Working in an end-to-end capacity, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will be a key contact – both internal and external – for the marketing function, and the role will provide advice, support, and planning to assist with student acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives, as well as key brand and reputation measures. Experience and knowledge of agile ways of working will greatly assist the successful candidate.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a marketing production role – and achieving successful outcomes – for a large and complex organisation, including stakeholder and vendor management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the production of end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns within scope, time, and budget
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and technology to inform decision making and improve the process and performance of marketing activity
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and practices
