Description:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Co-ordinator to work across all aspects of marketing supporting all members of the team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing but also working with CRM / Martech Manager, this is a great opportunity to get experience and exposure across all areas of marketing and identify key strengths and the role you want to grow into. As we are expanding, there is a pathway to more senior roles, in specific marketing areas or general managerial.
We see marketing as having a heart (brand and content) and a brain (everything data driven). This role is definitely more on the brain side, but you will be working across both. In all areas, the devil is in the detail.
We’re currently rebranding and aim to be as disruptive in marketing as we are in our industry; we think brand is built into the product and the whole customer experience, not just marketing material. We are data-driven, creative and here to turn all our customers into advocates so they do our job for us.
