We are now seeking a highly interactive, energetic, flexible team player with exceptional administrative, event management and people skills to join our team now!

• Assist in the organisation and delivery of community events, in particular citizenship ceremonies and school visits
• Assist the Account Managers with marketing and community engagement activities
• Undertake office / administration duties for the Marketing and Communications Branch, including updating Council’s website
• Experience in event management and logistics support
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Be friendly and enthusiastic
• Work well in a small team environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• A current C Class Driver’s Licence
• A current Blue Card or ability to obtain
