- Undertake end to end campaign management (digital and traditional campaigns) from conceptualisation of the creative and content strategy through to project management and optimisation and evaluation.
- Develop digital marketing strategies and monitor and evaluate their success using digital tools.
- Undertake significant project management responsibility for large collaborative projects.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to facilitate development and delivery of effective, targeted and timely marketing campaigns.
- Support market research efforts to build Agency awareness about audience requirements, habits and trends.
- Support the development and implementation of a customer journey map and CRM integration.
- Support the development and implementation of a Brand Strategy for the Agency.
- Support the implementation and tactics associated with the partnership marketing strategy.
- Foster creativity and innovation in content creation across a range of channels.
- Provide strategic branding and campaign advice and expertise to the Agency.
- Support key projects that impact brand application.
- Identify key themes arising through the marketing inbox and implement efficiencies to mitigate.
- Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to procurement, proof reading, product testing and inbox management.
