TEKsystems is looking for Marketing Manager APAC
main responsibilities will be:
- Partner with global marketing teams to align and localise APAC strategies with each individual country across the region
- Develop and execute high impact digital marketing campaigns across with a focus on social media, influencer marketing, display, content and more
- Create and optimise full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for the products ecosystem (across desktop app, web, and mobile offerings).
- Drive marketing innovation and creativity by being the customer advocate through insights and reporting to achieve audience and business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external creative and media agencies
- Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams to optimise customer journeys and create a first-class content and messaging
- Take ownership of the strategy, performance, and budget management for the product
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following
- 7+ years of B2C digital marketing experience in software or a technology related field with hands-on experience creating and delivering innovative digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working with agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them valuable solutions
- Experience working with ambassadors or customers to help amplify messaging through earned and paid media
- Ability and understanding of how to turn data-driven insights into actionable strategy
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation and able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent project management skills required and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing APAC marketing campaigns would be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required and MBA desirable
