With its headquarters and manufacturing based in the U.S., Big Ass Fans is a cutting-edge company that blends engineering excellence with a focus on sustainability and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to make an impact in both the B2B and B2C spaces, driving growth strategies across digital and traditional channels. You'll collaborate with teams across the globe—including in the U.S., Canada, and Singapore—while spearheading initiatives to optimise performance and expand the brand’s reach within Australia.

On a day to day basis you’ll focus on;
 

• Developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Spear-heading lead-generation initiatives, account-based marketing, and nurture customer relationships to drive B2B growth.
• Building and implementing e-commerce strategies to boost B2C traffic and conversions.
• Organising impactful tradeshows and events to foster brand awareness in new markets.
• Collaborating with Big Ass Fans’ global marketing teams to align on brand strategy and drive innovation.
   

About you;

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. They will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, including lead generation and account-based marketing, as well as extensive expertise in e-commerce strategy development and execution. A strong background in omnichannel marketing and data-driven optimisation is essential, along with a passion for innovation.
