This is a permanent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take ownership & drive the marketing strategy and branding for the Oceania business unit, within an innovative & forward thinking global tech powerhouse.
Our client delivers the most advanced, flexible, and secure smart locker systems, smart ticketing, smart check-in and mobile access software's for all types of industry applications, a true leader and innovator in the market for over 20 years.
Role responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, events, and partnerships.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and other promotional collateral.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, lead generation and content marketing.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate marketing activities, ensure brand consistency, and maximize campaign impact.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance
Your key attributes & experience needed
- 6 + years experience in a marketing management role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- A strategic and creative thinker with the confidence and proven ability to effectively drive change and deliver strong projects.
- Able to undertake and analyze quantitative and qualitative research of market trends and platform selections for campaign management.
- Managing and enhancing the brand's image and reputation through effective messaging, positioning, and consistency across all marketing channels
- Developing marketing strategies and plans to reach target audiences, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of the key marketing tools, such as salesforce.com, Pardot, Mailchimp …etc.
- Proven ability to work independently as a member of a close knit, international team, delivering strong personal results, while empowering the local team to achieve the country’s campaign and projects.
- Strong experience across in these key areas: Marketing strategy & Planning, Brand management, Market research & consumer insights, Marketing Project management, Budgeting & resource management
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing: social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing campaigns
